Built to support HR leaders navigating AI with confidence and judgement.

About the program

Women Leading AI in HR was created to support HR leaders navigating the growing role of AI in people, systems, and organisations — with confidence, judgement, and credibility.

The program is grounded in real HR work, not technical theory. It focuses on how AI actually shows up in people processes, decision-making, and leadership conversations — and the capability HR professionals need to engage thoughtfully and responsibly.

Women Leading AI in HR is delivered through small cohorts and in-house programs, designed to create space for practical application, peer discussion, and real-world learning.

About the program designer & facilitator

Women Leading AI in HR is designed and facilitated by Jo Marks.

Jo has worked across leadership development, HR service design, and organisational capability, supporting organisations to build practical capability through change and complexity.

She brings together deep organisational context with hands-on experience designing and building a software platform using AI. This allows her to translate what AI means for HR in practice, helping leaders understand what is genuinely useful, where judgement still matters most, and how to engage with AI thoughtfully and responsibly.

Women Leading AI in HR reflects this approach, combining real HR scenarios with practical application to build confidence, clarity, and credibility.
